Our specialist forged components division, Proclad International Forging, has been producing its high quality products since the 1980s.
As well as offering its range of standard components including elbows, reducers, tees and wye pieces, we have established a unique position in the market for manufacturing bespoke products designed to your exact specifications - all with the quality and service our clients have come to enjoy.
We can manufacture bespoke forged fittings in a wide ride of materials including:
· Alloy Steels (AISI 4130)
· Austenitic Stainless Steels
· Carbon Steel Clad with Alloy 625 and 825
· Duplex Steels
· High Yield Steels Y52 up to Y70
· Super Duplex Steels
· Nickel Alloy forgings 625 and 825
And thanks to our inhouse heat treatment solutions, we can also help with material conversion solutions, in the event your tube supplier cannot deliver your preferred materials.
